Mr. Green received his JD from the University of Kentucky College of Law in 1980 and his Bachelor of Science In Economics with a minor in Physics from Murray State University in 1978. In addition to his formal education, he received general civil mediation training from the Kentucky Administrative Office of the Courts. He is a member of the Fayette County Bar Association, the Kentucky Bar Association, the Louisville Bar Association, the Defense Research Institute, the Kentucky Defense Counsel, Inc., the Federalist Society for Law, the Lexington Chapter of the American Health Lawyers Association, and the National Association of Forensic Economics.
