Susan Lynn Wardlow, MA, Recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for Excellence in Child Development and Education

Coarsegold, CA, November 9, 2011 /Education PR News/ -- Susan Lynn Wardlow, Teacher for Fresno and Madera County, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in child development and education.
Ms. Wardlow has been teaching preschool, kindergarten, elementary, intermediate, and adult students for nearly a decade. Her knowledge of child development has made her a key element to the schools of Fresno and Madera County, Calif. But, she does more than just teach. Using her vast educational background, she volunteers at a local community church private school and at a state community college child development center, where she supervises community college laboratory students majoring in child development. Additionally, she instructs community education students at an adult school on the special interest topic of genealogy.
Holding dual Calif. certification in child care, which will enable her to mentor publicly funded programs, Ms. Wardlow is affiliated with 15 pre-K and preschools, three in Colorado, and a dozen in California. In 1975, she earned a bachelor's degree in elementary education, with a minor in music from The University of Northern Colorado, Greeley, followed two years later with a master's degree in elementary reading from the same institution. She is a member of the Fresno County Genealogical Society, the National Association for the Education of Young Children, Legacy member of DAR (Daughters of the American Revolution), The History Channel Club, and the Relief Society, LDS.
