As a Research Professor at the University of Illinois, as well as throughout his brilliant professional career, Dr. Kalbarczyk has consistently demonstrated the vision, dedication and diligence necessary to be considered among the best.
Dr. Kalbarczyk is involved in the design and validation of reliable and secure computing systems. His research focuses on the development of methods and tools for designing and experimental assessment of reliable and secure systems. Dr. Kalbarczyk has been in the field since 1984, which includes 3 years in Bulgaria.
During his collegiate career, Dr. Kalbarczyk earned a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering at the Technical University of Warsaw, Master of Science degree in Electronic Engineering at the Technical University of Sofia, and a PhD in Computer Science at the University of Illinois. He is a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers and the Computer Society.
