WEST COLUMBIA, TX, August 12, 2011 /Stanford Who's Who/ -- Stanford Who's Who welcomes Patricia J. Weeks to the ranks of leading professionals as a result of her exceptional effort in the Education Industry. As a Teacher and Tutor with the Fort Bend Independent School District, as well as throughout her brilliant professional career, Patricia has consistently demonstrated the vision, dedication and diligence necessary to be considered among the best.
Patricia served as a Classroom Teacher for 33 years prior to retirement. In the 4 years since she retired, she has started a tutoring service, utilizing the skills she developed while she was teaching in the classroom and involved with continuing education in Reading Recovery. Patricia has serviced a variety of clients, including reading and writing for a stroke patient.
During her collegiate career, Patricia earned a Bachelor's degree in Education from Northern Illinois University. She also studied at the University of Houston and Rice University. Patricia is a member of the Reading Recovery Council of North America and the Houston Area Association for the Education of Young Children.
